Dr. Gillian completed his Internship at Martin Luther King, Jr. Hospital in Los Angeles and the Veterans’ Administration Hospital in Long Beach. After completing a Residency in General Surgery at Valley Medical Center in Fresno he returned to Upstate Medical Center where he completed his Plastic Surgery Residency in 1982 and was an Assistant Clinical Instructor.
